6 Signs that You Suck As a Lottery Player
I take lottery players as a special kind of people, a different breed. Over the past few years I’ve encountered all sorts of lottery players. Some of them were decent lottery players, who knew how to keep their mouth shut, despite going through a rough period. This made me realize a few things. For starters, not all lottery players are the same.
There are those who are born to win, there are those who enjoy the game regardless if they win or lose, and there are those that suck. Here I’m going to show you several signs that will indicate if you’re one of them, I hope not. Note, even if you are one of them, it’s not too late to fix these things.
Your Friends Despise You for Being a Lottery Player
Boy, oh boy. I’ve been in this situation on several occasions. However, these events took place long time ago, when I was still a beginner. I was overexcited by the fact that I’m winning money by playing a simple game. Well, simple today, but at that time it was rather complex. I wanted to tell everyone that I’m a lottery player. It’s the same with vegans and people who are into cross fit. I was one of those people that once you enter a bar, you know that I’m a lottery player, because I would’ve told you.
If you’re one of these guys, try not to bug your friends constantly about it. They’re not interested. As far as they are concerned, they’ll appreciate you as a lottery player if you win big and you buy them a drink.
Results Are Not Improved Over the Years
Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different outcome is a sign of madness. If you hadn’t adapted to the game you play, you’re in for some trouble. Most likely, your results haven’t improved over the years. If this is the case, I have some bad news for you. You suck as a lottery player. The ultimate objective of the game is to win. If you don’t win, you’re doing it wrong. And if you’re doing it wrong, you suck. It’s as simple as that.
Now, I know that the lottery takes a bit of luck, but if you’ve been a lottery player for years now, most likely you’re buying multiple lottery tickets at a time. With these tickets you should be able to cover the most frequent numbers, ergo the results must have been improved by now.
You Whine when You Don’t Win
This. I hate this. I know a couple of my friends fall into this category of lottery players. The thing is, when they win, they keep quiet. But, once they lose, they start crying like little babies. For crying out loud, I don’t care if you’ve lost or you’ve won. I’m trying to focus on my own game. Unlike the previous group, this one doesn’t whine to people who are not into the lottery. They strictly bug people who are into a lottery for quite some time.
Guys, if you’re already conversing regarding how much you win or you lose, make sure that you’re on the same frequency with the person you’re talking to.
Sharing Is Caring – But as a Lottery Player, Keep It to Yourself
Before I go into details, this sums up the previous two signs. However, I should add that this includes sharing tips about winning the lottery. In other words, every lottery player has his/her own style, an approach if I may say, to winning the jackpot. The key reason here is that people are ignorant. They like material arguments. For example, if they are willing to accept your advice and your tips you must show them proof. That’s why the 7 time jackpot winner Richar Lustig sells books on how to win the lottery. People are prepared to take his tips word for word. Not that they would win for sure if they follow them, but the man’s got a couple of good tips, I give you that.
You are no one in their eyes. Most people are conformists and will keep their mouth shut even if you were to talk to them for half an hour. The truth is, it’s annoying and it makes you look like you suck in their eyes.
You Are in an Ego Trap – You Enjoy Lottery, but You Hate People Who Don’t Support You
My favorite! Don’t feel bad about this one. Every normal person was in an ego trap at some point in time. So how do you know that you’re in an ego trap? The reality is that you can’t know by yourself. Somebody has to bring it up. For example, have you been in a situation where you would hate on people who don’t play the lottery, just because you can’t fit in? Or maybe you expected people will take you seriously about your lottery adventures? If you’ve been in one of these two, you were in an ego trap. The most common group of people that are into ego traps are people who are into sport, people who are into healthy diets, etc. As of recently, lottery players are one of them as well. I was in an ego trap. Fortunately, now I’m ego free, to some extent.
The Most Important One: You Don’t Win
Words of truth. If you are bad at something at it costs you time and money, just don’t play. I know that lottery is exciting and maybe you’ve gotten hooked on it, but if simply can’t find your moment, you suck. This sign doesn’t apply to you only if you’re a new player, or you’ve started playing a new lottery. I’m an advocate of a methodical approach to playing the lottery. It takes time, experience and skill to win the lottery. It’s reasonable to not win if you’ve just recently started exploring the world of lottery.
