Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot Review
Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot was launched on November 24, 2012. It is the jackpot version of the popular 1+3D Toto. The main reason why Pan Malaysia Pools introduced this game was to give players a Toto game that would give them larger jackpots and no upper limit to prizes.
The difference between the Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot and the standard 1+3D game is that here, you select a pair of different numbers consisting of 4 digits starting from 0000 to 9999. In playing this game, you don’t need to worry about small or big forecasts.
To date, the single largest 1+3D jackpot to be won is Rm 30,206,192.80. It was won in a draw held on December 15, 2013, by a Kuala Lumpur-based Chinese player. The second largest prize so far is Rm 21, 092,245.90. It was won on April 27, 2013.

How to Play Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot
Playing this game is pretty easy. All you need to do is to pick a pair of 1+3D numbers from the range 0000 to 9999. For instance, you may pick 3026 + 2579. Because you have two numbers per entry, the minimum bet is Rm 2 for the pair.
There are different ways you can choose to play Da Ma Cai 1+3D jackpot. Each of the ways is discussed below:
Straight Bet
This is the simplest and most straightforward way of participating in Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot. As described above, you choose your favorite pair of winning numbers within the range given which currently is 0000 to 9999.
On the ticket, the two numbers will appear in the order of the first 1+3D number and the second 1+3D number.
Lucky Pick
In this mode of play, you elect to have your numbers generated through the system. Based on your preferences, you can have a mixture of the pair of numbers, one picked manually and the other LP generated. Alternatively, you can choose to have both numbers in the pair generated through Lucky Pick.
The numbers generated by Lucky Pick will have the notation LP beside them. The pricing is the same Rm 2.
Box Bet
This is a clever way to play Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot. What it means is that you box all the possible combinations or permutations either for one of the numbers in the pair or both. When you box all the permutations of a 4-digit number, it means you are covered for all the combinations of the number. For instance, take a 4-digit number such as 5557. The total number of possible combinations is 4 as follows: 5557, 5755, 5575, and 7555.
Roll Bet
In this mode of play, you roll up to a maximum of two digits for any of your Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot numbers. Assume you have the following pair R815 and 1957. This means the first digit of the first number in the pair is rolled. This will give you 10 combinations equivalent to 10 pairs. At a price of Rm 2, this will cost you Rm 20.
If you roll a digit in both numbers, you will end up with 100 pairs which will cost you Rm 200. If you roll two digits in the first number and a single digit in the second number, you get 1000 pairs at a total cost of Rm 2,000. Finally, rolling two digits in each of the numbers, you will end up with 10,000 pairs at a cost of Rm 20,000. This is the maximum allowable rolling in any pair of numbers.
Combining Roll and Box Bet
When purchasing your Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot number, you have the option of combining a Roll and Box bet. The easiest way to do this is to choose one of the numbers to roll and the other to box bet. On the ticket, the numbers rolled and those played through Box bet are marked accordingly with notations beside them.
System Bet
In an instance where you have more than a pair of 1+3D numbers, you can go for a system bet where all the possible combinations are covered. The minimum sets are 3 while the maximum is 480.
The system bet number determines the number of 4-digit numbers, pairs, and bet amount. For instance, System Bet 3 means three 4-digit numbers, 3 pairs, and a total bet amount of Rm 6. System Bet 4 has a total of four 4-digit numbers, 6 pairs, and a bet amount of Rm 12. It goes on and on to System Bet 480 which has 480 4-digit numbers, 114,960 pairs, and a total bet amount of Rm 229,920.
Because of the numbers involved, you may end up getting confused along the way hence it helps to have a simple formula to enable you to calculate the number of pairs and the total bet amount.
The bet amount is calculated by taking the System Bet number multiplied by the number of 4-digit numbers less 1. SB(n) x (n-1).
For the number of pairs, take the bet amount and divide it by two.
The ticket for a System Bet is marked System Bet followed by the number. For System Bets, only one ticket is issued for all the combinations.
Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot Prize Breakdown
Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot has two jackpots. The first jackpot consists of 55% of the prize pool and a further Rm 2 million. Any snowballed prize monies from previous draws are also added.
Jackpot 2 comprises 10% of the prize pool plus any amount snowballed from previous draws. The minimum guaranteed amount in Jackpot 2 is Rm 100,000.
