Jackpot Poker Review

If you have never tried out your hand in the lottery, Jackpot Poker gives you every reason to do so. What is interesting with this game offered by the Massachusetts State Lottery is that you don’t require any card playing skills for you to win a prize. All you need to do is to pick your favorite 5 numbers out of a pool of 1 to 52 numbers. Based on your allocated budget, you can also set aside the amount you wish to wager in every game. If you don’t to always go back to the drawing board and pick different numbers, you can choose the number of consecutive draws that you want to be entered for using the same 5 numbers you have picked.

In every Jackpot Poker drawing, a computer system chooses all the 52 cards and spreads them on the monitor screen. Your prize will be based on the poker hand which consists of 5 cards on the screen and how they match to the numbers you picked.

Playing Jackpot Poker

It is very simple to play this game. The first step is to choose the wager amount per game. This is purely based on your financial ability and probably for beginners they may want to start small and increase the amount with time.

Thereafter, you are to select the numbers you want to be entered for in each game and the number of consecutive draws you want to play the games for. Per game, you are to choose 5 numbers from a total of 52 as indicated on the bet slip. If you don’t want a manual picking of numbers, you can opt for a Quick Pic.

You can also opt to play the progressive jackpot poker option. To play this, you will have to part with an extra $1 per draw. After filling the slip, you should give it to the lottery agent who will then give you your game ticket together with your bet slip.

Before leaving your lottery agents premises, ensure you confirm the numbers printed on the ticket and whether they are consistent with those you choose on your bet slip. Any discrepancy should be immediately addressed because a delay could mean a missed opportunity and probably an invalid ticket.

For every Jackpot Poker drawing, the lottery computer system using an algorithm randomly picks playing cards out of the 1 to 52 and this is known as the Jackpot Poker hand. It consists of 5 cards displayed on the screen which correspond to the number of those you picked on your ticket. The best poker hand you can make with the displayed cards will determine your prize.
