Members of Powerball pool split $1 million prize

Those who need another argument in favor of purchasing lottery tickets or joining a Powerball pool will be inspired by the story of Connie Baumer. In fact, some of them decided to talk to the media and share their emotions, with most of them overstating the importance of joining the Powerball pool. Some chose to keep a low profile so they are only known by their name, as the reporters had no problem in finding out who were the 12 colleagues who pulled money together for the lottery.

A well deserving group of winners

Local community members are thrilled with the fact that the 12 nurses won the money and say that these women fully deserve the cash. After taxes, each of them will receive $56,000 which is a great return on investment given the fact that each of them paid $10 to buy the winning tickets for five weeks.
